While shopping with us, you can make your purchase using any of the following payment methods. Please note that you can't combine several methods in a single payment. All the methods listed below guarantee prompt money transfer to recipient.

How to choose a payment method

Select any product(s) from those available for purchasing and add them to your shopping chart by clicking "Add to Cart" button. After filling-in shipping info and choosing delivery company you will be forwarded to the page with available payment methods. There you will find detailed description of each payment method including additional transfer fees (if any) you will be charged.

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is submitted, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the detailed information about your order including necessary payment information. For this reason we ask you to provide us with your actual e-mail address.

Paying via wire transfer

Once the payment is done, please let us know the reference number or MTCN number (Money Transfer Control Number), payment amount, full name of the payer, country and town of residence. This information will serve a requisite while processing your order.

Paying via credit card or online payment systems

When you choose to pay for your order via any online payment system or your Visa / Mastercard, the system will automatically redirect you to the page of the respective payment method.

Credit / Debit cards payments

All Visa or Mastercard payments are processed by worldwide Global Payments company. Sensitive card data is submitted to secure Global Payments webpage.

Special requirements for Visa / MasterCard payment methods

The maximum amount to be paid at a time is $1000.

According to the safety measures we accept payments only from the cards protected with 3D secure code (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) that is used for online shopping. This protects your Mastercard or Visa account against unauthorized use of your card.

If you do not have private secure code Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, your payment will be returned back to you. Refund procedure may take up to 10 days.

We have successfully completed PayPal Verification procedures, and buyers can learn about us before sending their payments via PayPal. Security is our prime requirement, and we do our best to remain a trustworthy shopping place.

Special requirements for PayPal payment method

Note! You cannot split the payment for one order. This means that we do not accept:

  • payments made in two or more parts for a single trade operation
  • partial payments from multiply Pay Pal accounts
  • incomplete payments

Only verified PayPal members are allowed to pay for their orders via PayPal system. This is our obligatory requirement.

Webmoney payments


We are verified WebMoney ID owner.

If you choose to pay via WebMoney, please note, that we accept payments only in WMZ (type Z wallet) which is equivalent to USD.

Pricing policy

We do our best to offer you competitive prices for every item in our voluminous web-catalogue. The default currency is set to US dollar, therefore all card transaction amounts will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. On demand you can see the cost of the order in your local currency by clicking "Currency" dropdown list the right of the page.

We can change prices for the products in our web-catalogue at any time, especially to correct pricing errors that may occur.

Payment protection

Additional charges

The total order amount will comprise of the product price on the day of ordering, transfer fee defined by the method you select, and shipping charge.

If you pay via wire transfer, please, make sure to pay all bank fees. Your order can be dispatched only when we receive the entire invoice amount.

Delivery time

In-stock orders are shipped within maximum 2 business days after the payments are entered to our account. Shipments are executed from Monday till Friday. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays and certain enounced holidays will be processed the next working day.

The average delivery time is 3-5 days depending on delivery company and destination address.

Shipment cost

Shipment costs are not included in product prices. They are calculated due to the pricing policies of the delivery companies. Please, note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of every item is indicated on its detail page. You can estimate shipping cost of each item by clicking "Estimate shipping cost".

How to choose a delivery company

Select any product(s) from those available for purchasing and add them to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button. After that you should fill in shipping info and select the delivery company you prefer. Delivery cost will be automatically calculated depending upon the weight of the parcel. Finally, you'll see a detailed invoice including transportation fees you will be charged.

Please note: When some of the ordered items are not available in a single stock, we may ship them from the farther one, therefore charging different price. In this case a customer may choose separately any delivery company for shipment from every stock.

How to minimize the number of shipments

If items you have ordered are available form several stocks, please, contact our sales managers and we will do our best to group the ordered items into the fewest shipments possible. Depending on the availability of the items you're purchasing, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship, but you'll save money on shipping.

Tracking your package

As soon as your order is paid, we will ship the ordered items to you by means of the delivery company you've selected. Our manager will send you an e-mail with the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package, enabling you to track the parcel all its way to you. Once logged in, you can track the package directly from your account page. For this purpose you should enter Order History section and click on delivery confirmation number of the shipped package in question. Alternatively you can track your package directly from the web-site of the respective delivery company*.

* This option may not be supported by all delivery companies.

If you would like to check whether your order has been already shipped, please use Invoice Tracking service on your account page.**
** Please note, that a buyer may track the delivery at least in 1-2 days after obtaining the tracking number. This happens due to package registration policy adopted by delivery companies and should not make customers worried about their orders.

Customer's postal address serves the main requisite for order processing. Therefore, please, be very careful while writing down your shipping address and zip code. As soon as you noticed any mistake in the address, please inform our manager immediately.

Shipping requirements to Visa / MasterCard holders

We don't ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship only to the card holder's billing address indicated in the credit card registration documents. Due to high level of our SSL (Secure Credit Card) transaction system, every customer may feel safe while using his/her actual card holder's billing address.
