While shopping with us, you can make your purchase using any of the following payment methods. Please note that you can't combine several methods in a single payment. All the methods listed below guarantee prompt money transfer to recipient.

You will receive a payment slip with payment details: amount in local currency (amount that is mandatory to pay), HPP reference number and bank account details. In order to identify your payment, please add the HPP reference number in the field Reference/Payment purpose/Notes etc. Payment confirmation occurs in 1-3 working days. Boleto Bancário Boleto Bancário
Boleto Bancário is the leading cash payment method in Brazil. It's a payment slip with a barcode on it that can be paid online or physically in locations such as banks and lottery shops. The payment slip is valid for 3 days.
OXXO OXXO
OXXO is a chain of convenience stores in Mexico with over 13,000 stores. When choosing OXXO as a payment option, the user receives a barcode voucher to be printed and handed in at any OXXO store for cash payments. You scan the barcode from your mobile phone, tell the cashier your OXXO ticket number, and pay in cash. You will have your ticket sent to your email registered at EBANX along with the Google Maps link showing the nearest OXXO store. OXXO has a transaction limit of 10,000 (ten thousand) MXN.

Pago Efectivo is a payment method for Peru. It is a payment slip with a barcode on it. The customer chooses it during checkout. Baloto Baloto
Baloto is a Colombian cash payment method. After finalizing the purchase customer will receive a reference number for the payment. The voucher can be paid in cash at any one of 9,500 Baloto stores across Colombia. The voucher is valid for 3 days.
Online Debit Online Debit
Online Debit is accepted by all large Brazilian banks. At checkout customers are redirected to their bank website and payment is made safely and quickly via internet banking. Confirmation: immediately.
Pago Facil Pago Facil
Pago is an offline cash payment method. The customers can generate a coupon that can be paid in cash at any of the affiliated stores: PagoFacil, RapiPago, BaproPagos, ProvinciaPagos, ProntoPago, CobroExpress, FormoPagos, PagoListo, Chubutpagos and PampaPagos. The voucher is valid for 3 days.
PSE Pagos Seguros en Línea
Pagos Seguros en Línea payment option provides an interface that offers at checkout an option for the consumer to pay their online purchase in cash. Then customers are redirected to their internet banking and can complete the transaction in real time, without needing a credit card.
SPEI SPEI
SPEI - Interbanking Electronic Payment System. At checkout the consumer is redirected to their bank website and payment is made safely and quickly via internet banking. Confirmation: immediately. The consumer has to meet 3 requirements to make payments via SPEI: own a bank account with enough balance, have allowed access to Online Banking and know the recipient account's reference number.

How to Choose a Payment Method

Select any product(s) from those available for purchasing and add them to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button. After filling-in shipping info and choosing delivery company you will be forwarded to the page with available payment methods. There you will find detailed description of each payment method including additional transfer fees (if any) you will be charged.

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is submitted, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the detailed information about your order including necessary payment information. For this reason we ask you to provide us with your actual e-mail address.

Paying via Wire Transfer

Once the payment is done, please let us know the reference number or MTCN number (Money Transfer Control Number), payment amount, full name of the payer, country and place of residence. This information will serve a requisite while processing your order.

If you pay via wire transfer, please, make sure you paid all bank fees. Your order can be dispatched only when we receive the entire invoice amount.

The default currency is set to US dollar, therefore all card transaction amounts will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. We can change prices for the products in our web-catalogue at any time, especially to correct pricing errors that may occur.

Additional Charges

The total order amount will comprise of the product price on the day of ordering, transfer fee defined by the method you select, and shipping charge.

Delivery Time

In-stock orders are shipped within maximum 2 business days after the payments are entered to our account. Shipments are executed from Monday till Friday. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays and certain enounced holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and destination.

We do not bear responsibility for the delays in delivery by the delivery company. You may find information about the location of your package at the delivery service website.

Shipment Cost

Shipment costs are not included in product prices. They are calculated due to the pricing policies of the delivery companies. Please, note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of every item is indicated on its detail page. You can estimate shipping cost of each item by clicking "Estimate shipping cost".

Our website indicates the volumetric weight of the product. To calculate the cost of delivery with EMS and HongkongPost services, the actual weight of the product is used. For other delivery services the volumetric weight of the product is used for calculation.

How to Choose a Delivery Company

Select any product(s) from those available for purchasing and add them to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" button. After that you should fill in shipping info and select the delivery company you prefer. Delivery cost will be automatically calculated depending upon the weight of the parcel. Finally, you'll see a detailed invoice including transportation fees you will be charged.

Please note: When some of the ordered items are not available in a single stock, we may ship them from the farther one, therefore charging different price. In this case a customer may choose separately any delivery company for shipment from every stock.

How to Minimize the Number of Shipments

If items you have ordered are available from several stocks, please, contact our sales managers and we will do our best to group the ordered items into the fewest shipments possible. Depending on the availability of the items you're purchasing, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship, but you'll save money on shipping.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is paid, we will ship the ordered items to you by means of the delivery company you've selected. Our manager will send you an e-mail with the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package, enabling you to track the parcel all its way to you. Once logged in, you can track the package directly from your account page. For this purpose you should enter Order History section and click on delivery confirmation number of the shipped package in question. Alternatively you can track your package directly from the web-site of the respective delivery company*.

* This option may not be supported by all delivery companies.

If you want to check whether your order has been already shipped, please use Invoice Tracking service on your account page.**
** Please note, that a buyer may track the delivery at least in 1-2 days after obtaining the tracking number. This happens due to package registration policy adopted by delivery companies and should not make customers worried about their orders.

Customer's postal address serves the main requisite for order processing. Therefore, please, be very careful while writing down your shipping address and zip code. As soon as you noticed any mistake in the address, please inform our manager immediately.

Shipping Requirements to Visa / MasterCard Holders

We don't ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship only to the card holder's billing address indicated in the credit card registration documents. Due to high level of our SSL (Secure Credit Card) transaction system, every customer may feel safe while using his/her actual card holder's billing address.

Products Return

You can return the product you bought within 7 days from the purchase date, provided that it is not damaged, seals are not broken, it includes original package and complete set of accessories. Goods which are damaged, show signs of installation, with scratches, chips or with incomplete package content are not accepted. These conditions refer to all items included in the package.

Payments are refunded only on company management decision. If you claim a refund, please, wait for our written confirmation prior to sending the purchased product back. Refund is based on the product price excluding delivery costs. This means that client pays for the product delivery both ways by him/herself.

Damaged Packages Return Policy

Our company is not responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom policies before placing an order.

Our company is not responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service failed to deliver your package(s) to the given destination address after several attempts (due to your absence).

If the customer receives parcel with damaged items, s/he shall do the following:

  1. Open a claim against the delivery company for the damaged items/parcel for the declared value. Make sure to keep the copy of opened case and/or any other relevant details/documents for confirmation and further referrals.
  2. Report about the issue to the delivery company and make photos of damaged items/parcel.
  3. Request the delivery company to send the damaged goods back and make the redelivery for free or fix the case (save case number) to have opportunity to ask about the refund.

Please be aware that compensation for packages lost or damaged by the delivery company will be provided within the declared value. Compensation is provided only for insured parcels. Note that insurance will cost 1% extra of ordered goods and is paid by the buyer.
IMPORTANT: compensation will not be paid if you choose HongkongPost delivery company or if your package is sent by EMS to the following countries: Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
Please, learn the refund policies of the relevant delivery companies to avoid any misunderstandings.

Please, take into consideration that seller's responsibility ceases when the product has been shipped off to the address specified by the customer. Our warranty does not cover risks of product(s) damage or loss within the responsibility of delivery company. Therefore, please check the parcel right upon receipt and compare the content with the packing list in the presence of the courier. Our company is not responsible or liable for any faults discovered after you have accepted the parcel. If your package is lost by the delivery company, you should claim against them directly. However, take into consideration that they will compensate for the lost products only within the amount at risk indicated in the invoice according to your request.
The shipping expenses for damaged equipment delivery both ways to and from the customer's site are not covered by the warranty, except for the situations, when the customer receives dead on arrival product with "Tested" sticker.
