Dension Gateway 500 USB/iPod adapter for BMW allows the driver to play and control iPod and USB music sources via car on-board multimedia system. Dension Gateway 500 emulates a CD changer and uses CDC controls to access off-board audio sources including iPod/ iPhone, USB devices and Dension Gateway accessories. This Dension Gateway 500 USB/iPod adapter is designed for BMW vehicles without original CD changer. If you BMW is equipped with a CDC, please order Dension Gateway 500 GW51MO2.
Dension Gateway 500 for BMW is supplied together with Dension Gateway enabler tool (GEN tool) which provides easy installation of a respective Dension Gateway, BTA and AVR product in BMW vehicles with MOST system (via enabling necessary protocols).

- Only for usage in BMW vehicles that are not equipped with a factory CD Changer. If your BMW is equipped with a CD Changer please order Dension Gateway 500 GW51MO2.
- Vehicle must be equipped with i-Drive Business/Professional radio.
- GEN tool can only be used in one car at a time.
- If Dension Gateway functions without separate enabling, please do not use the GEN tool.
