MHL to AV (CVBS) Converter
Overview
Description
The adapter converts digital HDMI signal to analog composite CVBS video signal and linear stereo signal. So it allows you to connect a smartphone or tablet PC (5 pin micro USB port) with MHL interface to any monitor with the analog AV (CVBS) input. The converter provides full image mirroring from the device display on the connected monitor.
The composite signal can be formed in PAL or NTSC video systems using the corresponding switcher. The package includes DC-DC 12 V to 5V/2A power adapter for connection to the car electrical circuit.
In case the car monitor is not equipped with the analog video input, you will need a video interface.
You can use the device not only in the car, but also at home, e.g. to connect the smartphone or tablet PC to the TV set with the analog AV input or any other CVBS signal receiver.
