How to Connect Camera to VW OEM Monitor
As we all know, if you want to connect the aftermarket camera to the stock car monitor, you will need a video interface, which allows to transfer image from the navigation box and video devices to the OEM display.
However, if you need to connect only the rear view camera and nothing more, you can get away just with the special adapter. In this case it's only for the owners of Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat with RNS310, RNS315, RNS 510, RCD 510 head units. Main condition for VW monitors compatibility: input for the OEM camera connection.
We used RCD510 Delphi head unit and tailgate rear view camera.
